Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after they are placed.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated delivery time for orders shipped within the United States is:

7–12 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier operations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated during a promotion.

We may occasionally offer free shipping on qualifying orders.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after your package has been dispatched.

Delays

While we do our best to deliver every order on time, occasional shipping delays may occur due to:

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately.

Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Solera is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

Include your order number and any relevant photos if the package was damaged.

We'll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.
